I spoke with David a couple days ago and he was trying to get access to all of the documents.

The same documents that I've asked for in the Open Records request.

He said that since he's not a current DA, he has to have somebody accompany him to go

look through them and the Smith County DA's office has been a little busy for the last

couple of days.

For any of you that are not aware, this past weekend, on November 1st, a young girl in

Smith County went missing.

After searching for I believe two days, her body was finally discovered in a well.
