Alright, we are winding down on 2019 and for some people that might be a good thing for some people that might be a bad thing, but I think all of us at the end of a year

kind of go into this like reflection mode to think about the past year and this year I know has been a source of a lot of pain and a lot of change for both me and Jeff.

But I think this is a really good time to think about your year to reflect on what went really awesome this year and to also reflect on what didn't go so great and the lessons that you can take with you as you go into 2020.

So the good thing about 2019 is it's about to be in the past.

You can still take the positive, well, the positive and the negative, all the lessons that you learn this year with you that make you stronger, that make you better, that are going to make your 2020 better.

And you can leave the stuff that didn't serve you in the past. It is a new year. It is a year of clarity. It is the year 2020.

So I hope that this year is a source of clarity for you and you feel like you have a clean slate and that it's going to be a really good year.
