Daniel will get this recording probably around 3 o'clock in the morning and he says it

And a big part of the reason for the delays this week is that Smith County is taking on some heavy fire.

This week has been bombshell after bombshell after bombshell.

In the final days leading up to Carrie Max Cook's actual innocence hearing,

Cook's attorneys are still continuing to fire off motions to introduce newly discovered evidence in his case.

We're going to get into the new development and Cook's case,

but first there's something that I need to do.
