My therapist has officially made me paranoid,

which I'm pretty sure is against everything

that she's trying to do for me.

What do you mean?

Well, I have an appointment with her

and just for a whole bunch of reasons,

we have not connected in like a month.

So just scheduling conflicts

and having to cancel the last minute this afternoon,

the other thing.

So I haven't been to therapy in like a month.

So in my therapist is awesome.

So I have, she's checked in with me via text

over the past few weeks.

And I have an appointment coming up

and she wanted to adjust the time.

But I couldn't figure out

if she wanted me to come in an hour early

because of her schedule,

like if there was a schedule conflict,

or if she thought we needed two hours

to talk about all the stuff that had been going on.
