It is five minutes or less, and it's meant to get you in the mood for your week.

Sometimes dreams can be really scary, and sometimes there are things that wind up on this like life.

Maybe someday I'll do this list, and then they just sit there and they never really take shapes.

So I would encourage you to think of something that is on that list for you.

I don't know if it's learning a new language.

I don't know if it is going into a different profession.

I don't know if it's going back to school.

I don't know if it's learning an instrument, whatever it is.

Think about something that you've always said, I wish I could do that, or maybe someday I'll do that.

Think about it and think about how to put that into action starting this week.

It's about to be 2020.

It's about to be a new year.

And here's the thing.

The worst thing that could happen is that you fail.

And that sounds really, really scary.
