I'm your host Bob Ruff and the wheels of justice are finally starting to turn in Smith County.

Carrie Max Cook's actual innocence hearing has been rescheduled for June 6.

I will be heading down to Tyler for that week to attend the hearing.

It's expected in the last two or three days.

So if any of you are available and can make it to the Smith County Courthouse on June 6 or 7,

please make the effort to be there.

We need to show all the support we can for Carrie Cook when he finally gets to face the

Smith County prosecution and make his claim for actual innocence.

Aside from that, there's been a lot of movement in Ed and Kenny's cases.

We've got some exciting news and I can't talk about it just yet, but soon to come you'll

hear what's going on in these two cases.
