I've had a good week I've had quite an exciting week personally very busy which is

great which I loved and I'm very excited to be talking to you now. I'm recording this on the Saturday evening.

I've got a little glass of wine in front of me and my delivery has just arrived, which I'm very excited about.

But I thought I'd do this now because I haven't got time in the morning.

And it's very important to me that I get these little top-and-tails in at the beginning of the episode, mainly to do the stories

She's absolutely brilliant and she's someone that a lot of you had asked for and I knew that I'd have Jen on at some point or another she's such a good friend of mine and as I mentioned on the episode you know her standup has always really inspired me if you haven't seen her standup or even if you have a show of hers called Meaningless has just gone on Amazon Prime and it's really good it was recorded at the Soho Theatre and I really

I love the range of guests including ones I was otherwise unfamiliar with.

I'm a gay man in his 50s who grew up in a military town and went to a Catholic school

until 11 years old before going to an Army Council comprehensive. I think that

growing up in post-punk 80s was in some ways a very positive thing.
