Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice.

I'm your host Bob Ruff and I'm reporting to you today from right in the middle of the

lion's den in Tyler, Texas.

As all of you know, this week, Carrie Max Cook's actual innocence hearing has been post-poned.

But I still had a trip plan for down here.

I had all my travel arrangements made so I decided to go ahead and come down anyway and

spend the week working on Ed H's case.

There's tons of doing that case and I already have several leads.

So for this week, this episode, I'm going to take you on this journey with me.

I'll be recording several times throughout the day, each day that I'm here.

I'm hoping to record some interviews and I'll recap every evening with the day's events.

Today is Monday, April 11th.

And I want to start with the first stop after my arrival into Tyler this afternoon.

I got into town today about 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

I spent the morning on the bus and in the airport, frantically emailing back and forth with

a couple of local residents and Darby Dickerson from the Texas Tech University School of Law.

A local Tyler resident gave me some information last night that could prove to be a huge break

in the Kenny Snow and Edward A's case.

I'm not ready to talk about it just yet until I finish vetting all the sources, but

by the end of the episode, I'll let you know what's going on.

Because I got into town, my first stop was the Smith County Courthouse.
