a therapeutic model called Internal Family Systems. And it's an evidence-based model of psychotherapy

with a paradigm for understanding and integrating mind, body, spirit. Another thing she mentions

is EMDR. EMDR therapy is another approach to treating trauma. It's an evidence-based approach.
