I'm Dr. Lisa Pressman and today we're having such a cool conversation with lawyer, author,

activist, Eve Rodzky. She wrote a book called Fair Play to find a way for women to have more time

and space to reclaim, discover, and nurture the natural gifts and interests that make us

uniquely us. And it's so cool. I really so appreciated this episode and talking to Eve.

She makes it so practical and she has a whole game, like a way of doing this so that you can have

a more balanced, easier time in your relationship, in your parenting, in your experience as a mom.

This conversation is about getting started, thinking about time and anxiety saving system

that offers couples a completely new way to divvy up their domestic responsibilities

without removing those parts of you that make you as a parent. And while

increasing the connection with your partner and with your children, it's so cool. And I really

love the way that she shares this system. And it actually even has cards, like a whole card

system, to make it so actionable, which of course is my favorite thing, making research into action,

having toolkits, and really thinking about ourselves as mothers and our role as women. And so

absolutely, I hope men are listening. This definitely centers more around women, but the whole

point is that ideally, this is centering more fair play. So I hope everyone's listening, but take
