Summary

Being healthy has become so complicated in today's world and to be quite honest I'm tired of it (as you might be too). It's confusing and demoralising, but in reality it really doesn't need to be this way. The answer to living a healthier, more fulfilled life is going back to basics. The fitness world doesn't make money off "basics" though but I'm here to tell you some of the easiest and naturally available things you implement in your life today that will make you healthier than most people.

and kind of warping the science to fit their narrative and it's very very confusing even for me

as a fitness coach and personal trainer and someone who talks a lot about being healthy and

I have my whole online coaching business and fitness app where, you know,

we're helping people every single day live healthier, better lives. Even I feel like sometimes

I get caught up in all of this like complicated nonsense that to be honest, most of us don't need

to know about. There is a lot of basics that I think that get lost. And the thing is,

I'm just going to be real here. The fitness industry doesn't make money off of simple, basic

information. All of these people who are trying to sell their books and trying to push products and supplements

and all this kind of stuff, they want to try and confuse you a little bit. So you think,
