Yeah, a busy, busy person, but yeah, I'd say that that's me in a

nutshell, busy, proactive, optimist, rugby player, former. And you're so busy that you're actually doing a psychological charity, aren't you?

Yeah, yeah, I am.

So when I sort of retired last year, I made some contacts and contacts with some charities and I said, said look I'm just available now and you know I want to use

whatever sort of profile I've managed to build up with sport to do some good and to
