We would talk to last week about ischemia and that rolls right into it.

I'm going to try something a little bit different for a couple of weeks here.

This is, normally I do a show every two weeks, it's a little bit longer.

This last week's show I did a little bit shorter, and what I thought was maybe I'd break out

topics and make each show a little bit shorter, but make one every week week that way it would give you guys a chance to think things through to not get lost in the audio

But to still have the same amount of material coming out. So I think that might be something I'm going to test for a little while.
