And let's jump right in and start with our priming questions.

As you know, I do the priming questions because there's data that shows that these help your brain to latch on the information when you stop and think when you use your brain.

That's one of the number one keys, one of the number one rules we have here,

is I want you to be using your brain, not passively, just sitting and listening,

like you do in class and fading out, like I did in a lecture this morning I was in.

What I need you to do is actually be actively participating,

actively thinking, actively using your brain.

That's what's going to keep you on cue.
