1:11.4	But all of that said, today we are taking a look at Nehemiah 9.
1:16.8	More specifically, though, we're answering the question, how do we know when we need to pause
1:21.7	or adjust our routines?
1:23.6	How do we know when we need to change our normal routines?
1:27.2	For me, the most clear indicator that I need to adjust my routine or really my pace of life is that I will start to get sick.
1:35.9	Too many nights of staying up late or getting up early, maybe both.
1:40.1	And by too many, I really mean more than just one, will lead my body to start sending me some helpful indicators.
1:48.7	If I start running too hard and neglect sleep or healthy eating, my body will pretty immediately start sending warning signals.
