I am back in the podcast studio with today's Devo writer, Stephanie Renshaw. Hey, hey. Stephanie, it is good to have you here. First time in the podcast studio. First time? Did you know this room existed? I did not. It was such a maze back here. It, you know, it is. You should have seen the old studio. That one was behind the auditorium. Oh. So when people would come on join the journey and have to take them up a flight of stairs backstage it felt very scary this is less

going on in your life today yeah so again my name is Stephanie and super excited to be joining you

today thank you glad you're here thanks yeah, just a little bit about me and my testimony. Just so blessed to grow up in a Christian home and had two parents who love the Lord and pointed me towards Christ and had the unique experience to grow up as a camp kid. And so got to see just

counselors, spend their summers, just serving and pointing me to Jesus too. And so one night,

I had questions for my dad. And so I crawled up in bed and he just shared the bridge

illustration with me. And I just realized that, okay, I'm a sinner and

I need Jesus. And so at the age of eight, as she used to doing my heart, and from that point,

I think I knew what it meant to follow the Lord, but didn't necessarily follow that wholeheartedly.

And so I would say it was probably around college where I moved off, went to Louisiana Tech.

And, yeah, I just really got the opportunity to make my faith my own.

And I got to just be plugged into a local church and campus ministry.

tough season where it was me and the Lord and the Lord's faithfulness in a season that was really,

really tough and really dry. And so, yeah, a little bit about me.

And I think just, again, theme throughout my life is Lord's faithful throughout any circumstance.
