0:29.2	Tiffany here, and today our journey takes us to Paul's first letter to the Thessalonians.
0:35.3	We will cover all five chapters of First Thessalonians today, so buckle up for some context

0:43.8	As we walk through these encouraging words from Paul, we will be reminded that our God
0:48.6	who calls us to walk in sanctification is faithful and He will enable us to do it.

1:01.1	17 and 18, while in Thessalonica, many came to Christ, but the local Jews incited a rebellion
1:08.7	and Paul and Silas and Timothy quickly left for Berea.
1:14.2	Paul didn't get to stay in Thessalonica to disciple the new believers as long as he wished.
1:20.2	Paul and Athens, Paul sent Timothy to the Thessalonians to encourage them in their faith.
1:26.7	Timothy then returned to Paul while he was in Corinth to give a report, it is from
1:32.6	Corinth, that Paul now writes to the Thessalonians.
1:37.2	Paul has two main reasons for writing the Thessalonians, and these serve as the two main themes
