0:49.1	As I mentioned, we are back in first Samuel today, and we will look at four chapters,

1:02.3	back to the Psalms, we will be able to catch a glimpse of David's thoughts and emotions

1:10.0	Today, we want to keep in mind, again, the contrast between Saul, Israel's current King,
1:16.7	and David, God's anointed King.
1:19.8	Their kingship is vastly different, and we will see David fail in these chapters, further
1:26.0	reminding us of our need for a perfect King.
1:30.6	David is now officially on the run, and in chapter 21 he flees to Nob.
