Hi. Annalie, thanks for coming in after school to record. This episode's coming out on a Wednesday

because Shoreline happens on Wednesdays, small group happens on Wednesdays. Annalie, how did you

come to know Jesus? And then fast forward, what are you up to these days?

Okay, so I was born and raised in a Christian home, and I accepted the Lord at six years old,

but like I never really like knew who the Lord was until around the summer before my eighth grade year.

I went to Canicac, and everything just really

clicked. And, like, after that, I really just started reading my Bible more and, like,

actually spending intentional time with the Lord. And right now, I am going through a devotional

called Abide, and it is over the John, so, likest John, 2nd, John, 3rd John.

Yeah.

And that has just been really, like, sweet to see the love of God, just how sweet it actually is.

And like that it's really real in that passage of the scripture.

Oh, yeah.

Those are good books.

What do you have to these days?

I just tried out for cheerleader.

Okay. And at the Covenant School. And... Wait, are you switching schools? Yes. Are you excited?

Yes, I'm really excited. I was like, I was just at Lake Highlands watching you cheer this fall. What do you mean at the Covenant School? Yeah, literally right across the highway. Yeah. truly. Yeah. So did you make it? Do you know? Yes, I made varsity. Yeah, you did. That's exciting. That's an exciting life update. Yes. And then, and we actually had practice last night. Oh, fun. That's so fun. That's so fun. Annalee, where do you serve at Watermark? Or where do you want to serve at Watermark?

Okay, so right now I'm serving on Lead Team, which is amazing.

But I really want to serve in the kids ministry.
