For me personally, I love to be right.

But way too often do I think I'm right about everything.

And what I mean by that is far too frequently, whether it's a conversation at work in my

I tend to almost unconsciously assume that my thoughts are always right, best, and even perfect.

Now, in the moment, I would never say that or acknowledge that.

And in my head, I know that that's wrong.
