Well, in case you don't, a compound word is a single word that's made up of two words,

like workhorse.

That's two words, work and horse.

Or downstairs, that's down and stairs. But put together, it's one word, downstairs.

Well, it's funny, you should ask. I certainly can.

Waffle and Martha super glued every single chair in the break

room together into one enormous throne. When I asked why they destroyed company property to make

this monstrosity, they told me it's not a monstrosity, Mr. Schnoos. It's artwork.

Safe to say, words were exchanged and they ended up selling their chair sculpture to a museum in Zurich for $900,000.
