On today's podcast we're going to be talking about vulnerability. And you know the definition of

vulnerability already makes me nervous. It's being exposed to the possibility of

being attacked or harmed either physically or emotionally.

You know, that definition alone goes against everything that is in me, right?

I mean, I don't want to expose myself to being attacked physically and

emotionally and yet without it we don't grow right well it's a great topic for

us today pepper Pepper, because, you know, beginning with the foundational

text of the Bible, we hear that the man and the woman were naked and unashamed.

We hear that right early out of the gate.

And the Hebrew, the notion of being naked isn't just about the description of the couple's

physicality it's also intended to imply that they are vulnerable creatures.

And indeed, as humans,

one of the most important things for us

to come to terms with is that we are vulnerable.

Vulnerability isn't just something that we might become

or that we have to protect against.

We are vulnerable creatures.

And I mean, this is why we wear clothes. I mean we are the only animals that
