This is a podcast where each week, my friend Matt and I share a beer and discuss the writings of the author known to the world as Clive Staples Lewis or CS Lewis or just as Jack to his friends.

Last week's was we were reading just a beautiful comment because we were very thankful and we

talked a bit about marriage.

These are going to be more getting into specific points.

So what's today's quote?

Given that one of the comments is going to be on pain and suffering. I thought a good quote from

C.S. Lewis, the problem of pain. I suggest to you that it is because God loves us that it gives us

the gift of suffering. The gift of suffering. Pain is God's megaphone to rouse a deaf world.
