I'm Ivy, your ghostly host with the most and keeper of the strangest,

spookiest tales on earth.

Today is another Ivy's chilling tale.

This tale comes to us from my beloved listener, Henry, and it's called

The End of You. Well, that doesn't seem like it has a happy ending now, does it? Let's find out.

I'm already shaking in my boots.

Best friends, Jack and Mark, were always looking for new adventures and new ways to get into trouble.

Living in a small town like Evermore, surrounded by woods and fields and hills,

there wasn't much to do except explore in nature.

Being bored was the worst thing in the world to both boys,

so when they heard the legend of the magical archway,

well, they were intrigued.

One of their other friends, a guy named Henry,

had told them about this hidden place.

Apparently, deep within the western woods stood an ancient iron archway.

Ascribed across the top as the phrase, the end of you, and rumor

has it that if you step through the archway, you are never seen again, at least according

to Henry. Jack and Mark knew that they had to find this archway. How could they not? They got

on their bikes and began pedaling, following the loose directions Henry had given. He didn't

know exactly where the archway was, just somewhere deep in the woods, past the Evermore
