Ladook. Hello Garrett. In this week's podcast, we want to talk a little bit more about Joseph

Smith's presidential campaign. Several podcasts ago in one of the martyrdom podcast, we talked a little

bit about that. But here we wanted to dive a little deeper

and to go in a little more detail about some of his positions

and then maybe even some of the interactions

that he had with other candidates.

Yeah, I mean, it's one of the more unique aspects

of Joseph Smith's life.

I mean, many Latter-day Saints don't think about Joseph in this regard.

They probably all, many of them have heard that Joseph Smith ran for president,

but maybe they don't, they don't really understand why he did.

Again, we did talk about it a little bit on the martyrdom.
