HEY THERE, REFINER...SURPRISE!!
I know, you thought I wasn't going to be talking to you until the Second Season rolled around. I didn't think so, either. Then I tried to give Season One a casual watch for fun after wrapping up the podcast. That's when I started to see MORE stuff!! I've got a few observations, a couple of weird theories and some other goofiness in this shortened "add-on" episode. Call it "Season Wrap-up PT1A".

It won't take long...just until Dylan's kid counts to a thousand.

I'm very sorry to have awakened you here in your home, but I had a couple more things I wanted to cover regarding season one of severance. This chip option is for emergencies only, but it was the only way I knew where I could talk to your N.E. immediately. This shouldn't take long, less than the time it takes a three-year-old to count to a thousand.

0:52.0	Why is he intruding on my Audi life? I'll tell you, when the podcast was over,
0:57.3	I decided to go back and rewatch season one of Severance for enjoyment. I'd been fully
1:03.4	immersed in the series for months while prepping for the podcast, but I hadn't really been
1:07.1	watching it. Writing a script for the podcast means watching 10 seconds at a time,
1:12.3	writing about it, going back, rewatching, researching, more writing. It's not a great way to
1:18.5	enjoy the story. I didn't realize how attuned I'd become to the details of the series until I was
1:25.3	watching it again for enjoyment. Things started to jump out at me, things I had not seen yet.
1:32.7	And I really thought I'd seen everything there was to see in Severance.

1:39.1	Milchick's suit coat.
1:40.8	You might be saying, what now?
1:42.9	Hasn't Milchick always been Mr. Short Sleeved
1:45.2	Dwight shirt with no coat? So, just like Dwight Shrewd, he can stay ready for anything?
1:51.3	Nope. For the first 14 minutes or so of the first episode, we've got Milchick in a suit
1:56.1	coat. I never noticed it before. The first time we meet him when he escorts Mark to Kobel's office,
2:02.4	he's wearing the coat. Someone must have decided this was not the right look for Milchick.
2:08.9	In the cold open of half loop, which follows Milchick and Heli through her severance procedure
