Season 1, bonus episode 2, the one who roared like a lion.

And this is what it sounded like inside the Toronto Airport Vineyard Church in January of 1994.

We're having a good time around here since really Thursday night last week.

That's John Arnott.

And if you need a season one refresher, he was the pastor of this church.

But with this outbreak of strange and unusual phenomena, he and his wife Carol would become the

leaders of the Toronto blessing. You know, I was saying to Carol today that it never occurred to me

that the father would throw a party. You know did did that ever occur to anybody here like

you know I know the angels party when someone comes into the kingdom and you know we've had a lot of

that so the angels are you know rejoicing and everything but you, to really party down here, I don't know,

it's just kind of, we get so religious, don't we? We just don't think of God as having,

as someone who really wants us to have fun. We've just been carrying people out of here all week

and rolling them into their car and all that kind of

stuff. We got some good stories. This week marks the 32nd anniversary of the Toronto Blessing. And on

season one, you heard how it impacted me when it spread to the West Coast.

But on this episode, how it impacted someone on the inside.
