Hey, everyone, welcome back to the old-fashioned on-purpose podcast.

0:11.3

So today, we are going to talk about business.

0:14.7

And more specifically, I want to talk about what I would do if I were to launch a business, especially an online-based business right now

0:23.6

in 2026. This is something that I get questions about frequently, whether it's friends who want to

0:29.5

start something online and they're not sure how to go about it, or sometimes I get emails from all

0:33.2

of you asking for advice. And I have a really bad tendency when those questions come in to just

0:38.8

like word vomit, all sorts of things at the person all at once, because there's so much to say.

0:43.5

And so I thought it would be more beneficial to put all of my thoughts in a semi-coherent episode

1:18.1

confining to me, even though that was my primary, you know, passion in life 10 years ago. And that

1:23.4

was all I talked about. It felt so right. I've kind of grown and I've changed. And while I

1:29.0

still love pieces of that, I've been trying to figure out what I want to talk about online and

1:32.5

who am I in relation to this content now and what does that look like moving forward and what

1:36.3

excites me. And so I've shared a little bit of that journey in the last few episodes of the

1:41.5

season in the earlier episodes of the season. But I've gotten more clarity.

1:45.8

I've been spending a lot of time researching and journaling and thinking. And I've been taking

1:50.2

different courses and classes and listening to various mentors online. And I have a pretty,

1:55.0

I'd say pretty clear. I have a moderately clear idea of where I want to take things. And so
