crime scene in our case. The scene is confusing to say the least, and this episode has

before we get into that do we have any housekeeping we do janet will remind me if i get one of

But this Friday, August 1st, is the hearing for the West Memphis three case down

in West Memphis,

where they are hopefully going to be approving the evidence.

I had a meeting about this today.

As far as we know, we have a, we have an order that was written by Sony Haygood, the,

the DA down there for, and Patrick Banka, it was Damien's attorney, has looked it over.

It looks like it's good.

So it's going before a judge.

I have, I'm a little, I hate to sound like a pessimist.

I'm a little bit concerned in the fact that instead of this being just an order that's put

before a judge to be signed, it's the same judge, by the way, that denied us two years ago, three years ago, that we're actually having like a full out hearing for it. It just, I don't know. I think we've had the rug yanked out from us so many times that I just, it's hard for me just to be real confident that something is going to happen.
