1:32.0	This week, we're going to be talking all about the confessions, which were the biggest part
1:35.4	of the trial, I think.
1:36.4	These are the elements of the trial that actually got Richard Allen convicted.
1:41.7	As you know, Richard Allen never confessed to the police, but what was presented
1:46.2	during his trial was a series of confessions that he made over the phone while talking to his
1:51.1	wife and his mother. These were recorded calls from the prison. There was also the testimony of
1:57.0	the therapist that was treating Richard Allen while he was in prison, Dr. Monica Walla.
2:02.9	She testified that he had confessed to her
2:05.5	and she relayed that confession at the trial.
