I'm Bob Ruff. Oh, D'Mario Lowe's was not killed at 1240 A.m. Let me repeat that again so that there's no ambiguity.

De Mario Lowe's was not murdered at 12.40 a.m. This is not my opinion. This is not the conclusion of my personal analysis.

This is a fact. Last week I promised to explain to you how Jody Hill was convicted in this episode.

And if you were listening closely, then you know that that's a valid question.

All evidence seems to indicate that Jody was clearly alibi during the time of the murder.

Jody was at work until at least 12.05 a.m.

Then got a right home from their co-worker, Cornelius.

And Cornelius testified that he and Jody talked for about 20 minutes after they got to the apartment

before Cornelius left.

At that point Jody went inside, they argued with their girlfriend,

and they went to bed, all of which was confirmed by Cheryl Moore,

who also testified that her mother and children

verified that Jody never left the house that night.

So again, the obvious question.

How did Jody get convicted of murdering a man who was killed while they were obviously alibide.

The answer to that question is multi-layered.
