working on episode 4 of the prosecutor's podcast series on the Anansayed case.

Since I only got through half of their episode last week,

I guess this episode is episode number 4.5.

I'm going to try to be quicker this week and not get sucked too far down the rabbit holes but I doubt that's going to happen.

And that's the problem with what Brett and Alice have done here. The theme of their

entire series is to hit on the elements of the case that support their

Adnon as guilty theory. They never mention any of the evidence that disproves

that theory and they breeze by any conflicts, which leaves me in a position

where it's necessary to expose the entire record and

share all of the facts surrounding a particular issue in order to set the record

straight so to speak.

I hope that whether you're in the innocent camp or the guilty camp you can see that that's what I was doing last week

No spin no selecting only the convenient elements of the evidence when it comes to the niche

call the only way to fully understand it is to hear all of the evidence.

And to the credit of the guilty camp no one has pushed back on my analysis so far.

As you heard, you really can't.

There's not an argument that could be made that that call was Adon and J together.

It's just not possible.

The response has been been the classic pivot.

That type of thing.
