Yeah, first of all I want to give you guys a little heads up or update on the new case.

Things are still moving forward there.

I am, I'm in a bit of a battle right now getting records.

Trying to find the, I don't remember if I told you guys last week, but the police department

claims that they have lost in a previous chief had shredded all of the entire case file, which is a violation of evidence retention

laws in Michigan.

So that and I informed them that I know exactly where they can get a copy because they would have

had to copy the entire case
