Yet-- even through my sourdough faux paus, I'm able to maintain a starter that creates delicious bread and more. So I have this thing that I do. It's where I put my sourdough starter in the refrigerator and then forget about it completely for sometimes up to nine, ten months. So I realize this is just a part of my personality. It's just how I roll. I don't know if it's worth it to try to change that side of myself.
