for one of the more controversial figures of 2025.

That is Juan Ayuso, now of Little Trek, not you, A, Team Emirates. joining me for the final time before we slay ride off into the festive holidays. It is the bearded wonder of not Lapland, but not Watford. Lionel Bernie. Merry Christmas, Daniel. Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates. Season's greetings and happy holidays and so on to everyone. Well, we're going to turn Scrooge straight away, Lionel, because you might be wondering about the reference to high rocks and cyclo cross. I was just one of our colleagues, Ned Bolting, I think he's done a podcast, Room 101 style podcast, and it got me wondering if we ever did such a thing, how I would resist the urge to chuck. If it was cycling related,

I'd probably chucked to cycle across in there. If it was non-cycling related, I'd

probably chuck high rocks in there. This probably tells you a lot about, there were my

internet algorithm, obviously my Instagram algorithm, because I've run, it's full of sort of

anti-high rocks propaganda and this is is probably this has, this has influenced my

worldview on such things I would say. Anyway, that was a long digression.

I mean, Daniel, it's Christmas. It's tis the season for cyclocross. Cyclocross couldn't

be busier over the next couple of weeks. Christmas and New Year. I might punish you here by just mentioning a little bit

of the cycler cross before we go over to Juan Ayuso. That reference was also very strategic

to tee you up for a mention of cyclocross. Do you want to save that? Do you want to save that? Yeah,

save it. We'll save that. Well, Lionel, as I said, we are mainly, we had another, we're going to have another bulletin

dispatch from Spain, me in conversation with Danny Arribas, who was at the Little Trek Training

Camp Media Day, which was about 10 days ago now, two weeks ago now, and he was there mainly for an audience with Juan

Ayuso, who obviously was the big, some new arrival for Little Trek, the big story of that

media day, his departure from UAE, and we will hear later on whether he wanted to broach

that subject or not, But that's going to be
