Summary
A lot has changed since last June. Kelsea gave birth to a human! When Rachael and Kelsea recorded this episode last year, they had time to ponder the deeper significance of organic peanut butter. At the time, as Kelsea smiled at the beautiful secret inside her, she spoke about how to adapt to changes in season, specifically the summer, meanwhile she had already embarked on a major change in her life! As we all know, changes can be disruptive to our routines. Well, summer is back, Kelsea is almost back, and what has NOT changed is this question: How are you going to maintain your fitness this summer? The answer hasn’t changed either. Just like Skibidi toilet is still a thing, the wisdom is the same. In this rerun, Kelsea and Rachael have tips and tricks on how NOT to fall off your fitness routine this summer again.
