Last week, you heard how assistant district attorney Aki spun the evidence from trial to

create a narrative for the jurors that made Robert and Christian appear to be guilty.

You also heard in the follow-up how jurors in this case used that information.

In the beginning of deliberations, half of the jury voted to acquit.

It wasn't until day 9 of the deliberations that the jury began to compare the cell phone

records to Robert and Christian statements.

And using Aki's interpretation of what the incomplete cell data showed, the jury slowly

started changing their votes from not guilty to guilty.

The state's closing most certainly had a meaningful impact on the jury.

But after Aki finished his argument, Christian's attorney John Dolan stepped up to deliver

his final plea to the jurors.
