Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth Injustice.

This episode is going to be a little bit different.

It's going to be a read along.

I spent a good portion of this week going through the probable cause of a David.

The detective Gary LaClaire filed in 2007 in order to get a search warrant to search Robert

and Christian's houses, Christian's mother's house, and to get DNA and fingerprints samples

from both of them.

What this document is is LaClaire presenting enough evidence to a judge that there is

probable cause that Robert and Christian committed these crimes in order to convince the judge

to sign off on the warrant.

You can't just get a warrant and go into somebody's house.

There has to be a reason for it.

I spent, like I said, a good portion of this week going through it and cross checking

the things that LaClaire is saying in the affidavit to the reality of what he had in the case

file at the time.

Some of it is really interesting.

Some of it is extremely interesting.

There's some of it that's true.

Some of it that's not true.

Some of it that's twisted and a lot of things that are just left out.
