Today is the day where we discuss the final piece of evidence used to trial to convict

Robert and Christian.

In order to obtain a conviction, the state had to convince the jury first that the

defendants were at the scene at the time of the murders.

We've already learned to this point that what they managed to do was only to show that

they could have been at the scene.

They presented zero evidence that they actually were at the scene when the murders occurred.

They accomplished that with the business card, which in reality only proved that something

Christian touched was near the crime scene.

It's not actually evidence that he himself was there and certainly not at the time of

the murders.
