We've nearly reached the end of the state's case against Robert and Christian.

To this point, I think anyone looking at this investigation objectively would have to

agree that the word week does not even begin to describe the evidence against them.

A business card found 300 yards away from the crime scene has Christians DNA on it.

Robert knew that there was a body in a wheelbarrow the day after the murders, which the state

presented as guilty knowledge, but the evidence clearly shows that number one, it wasn't guilty

knowledge, and number two, he heard that information from Javier.

The jury heard that Robert's phone records indicated that at 7.13 pm, he was headed towards

the crime scene.

We now know that this is flatly false.

He was heading away from the crime scene during that call.
