Hey everybody and welcome back to Truth Injustice.

Alright, first things first, I know in this week's follow up, I told you today's episode

was going to be a breakdown of hobby or garcius trial testimony and that was the plan up

until midday on Thursday.

The way the process works for me just to give you an idea of how the sausage is made here

is as I'm going through the trial testimony I'm constantly going back to reports and

other interviews to cross reference things that were said.

In this case as hobby or testifying and I'm going through his testimony, I kept finding

myself going back to interviews done with neighbors from the crime scene.

Interviews that we haven't talked about or heard about yet and decided to go ahead and

wait at least a week on hobby or testimony and use this episode to kind of lay a foundation

for his testimony.

So we're taking a step back sorry the hobby or testimony is coming but I feel like this

is something that needs to be done first.

So in this episode we're going to hear from three of the neighbors.

These are three of the neighbors that you haven't heard from up to this point and there's

a few things that are very important about their interviews.

One is who wasn't interviewed back in 2006 right after the murders who should have been.

What they have to say, what they heard and what they knew and if any of them saw any vehicles

leaving the area that night.
