I actually want to talk about Thanksgiving with you today. I have a friend who he uses the phrase touch grass. That people need to touch grass. You know it's just a random tangent here. You

know there's a growing body of scientific evidence that walking barefoot in the

grass actually is therapeutic. For reasons, I don't quite understand, there's actually a growing

body of like real academic research that walking barefoot somehow grounding yourself, and I know people practice, they call it

grounding, it sounds absurd, but there's actually a lot of evidence that it's actually good for

your body to walk in the grass, unless you have cats who've been pooping in the grass,

but there's actually a growing body of evidence of it. So buddy of mine talks about touching grass, that your people, they get so wrapped up in politics.

They get so wrapped up online.

They get so wrapped up in being always constantly in front of a screen.

You got to go outside and touch grass.

It is harder if you are obsessed with politics to be thankful right now.
