action as part of a college admissions process for both public and private institutions.

It is a huge decision.

Chief Justice, John Roberts, wrote the decision.

Now, you must recall that the Chief Justice of the United States several years ago,

in a case authored about affirmative action that did not go the full distance to getting rid of it,

Chief Justice Robert said, and I quote, the way to get rid of discrimination is to stop discriminating.
