well the road racing season has truly begun. We've had some fantastic races already

but before I go any further I need to introduce

I feel my ego's been sufficiently pumped now. Now I'm here I'm I was telling all

off air that I'm just coming off the back of a chest cold so forgive me if I cough

and splatter it on occasion, but it's a long season my targets are kind of further down the road

So taking it day by day. Yeah, yeah, well, Denny's already ruined the surprise, sort of surprise other guests, which was

all a Shenowie, that was rude because Denny was like, oh yeah, and all I said,

blah, blah, blah.

Oh, no big guy, Denny, and you're being slagged off as well. I am back. Yes, yes. Hello, I love it to be back. I am. I've been busy, haven't I,

are not able to join in with every single episode of the cycling

podcast Feminat in the last little while which is a big regret of mine but

it's because I'm keeping myself busy with other things so I've taken on rugby in the last couple of months

for TNT sports and that takes up a lot of time and it's going to continue a little bit and

then I've got a hugely busy year with Olympics and what not

as well as all the other normal road racing. So just to say, just to explain my absence really

because a few people have been asking about it. It's not because I've left
