Thank you, Danny. Welcome to the real world out here in Wandsworth.

We're actually sitting in a beautiful old York road,

which is a beautiful little pedestrianised street in Wandsworth.

Because of the first place I picked, actually was a non-no-screen zone,

and next to four lanes of traffic.

So that was my first rookie era.

And I am told I believe that we're joined by Lizzie Banks,

although only in picture because she's been saving her voice for Lizzie.

So I believe, are you there, Lizzie? Can we actually even hear you this time?

I'm here, but I'm very croaky.

So I've got a regime of what, a heart-honey and lemon,

an actual jar of honey and straxels,

and I'm rotating all of the four as we speak.

So I'm going to try and make it through this podcast.
