Did the Democrats overpromise? Over promise under-delivered so far.

How so?

Well, again, this idea, what Trump was here, he's terrible, we're going to replace him and we're going to give you 100% of what you want with 50% of the votes in the Senate. The math never made sense. So you could pass these big bills through the House, but you can even sometimes get a hearing in the Senate. And so you begin over the time you get to the summertime, it's like, hey, I'm hearing this good stuff supposed to be be happening but it's never getting signed by the president and so when you overpromise so much

in the beginning of the year and you're undelivering at the end of the year and don't forget

bill back better etc you suddenly wind up with a disappointment factor plus inflation

It was never going to work out.

And this is, I mean, I'm,

this is the thing that really gets me as to how bad the politics of this are.

It just, it's, it's bad.

The politics of it is, has never been good for the Democrats.

I'm trying not to get myself worked up here and talk quickly.

Because we've got a, we need to internalize this if nothing else if nothing else let's acknowledge and learn from the mistakes of the democrat so we don't repeat them

you got 50 seats in the United States Senate.

50 seats.

And you promise your base the moon to get them that moon base.

It requires getting rid of the filibuster in the United States Senate.

It was never going to happen.
