Oh, all is gone. Well, Rose, we were joined by by me, Lizzie Banks and all her, but I mean, she disappeared just as we were starting our introduction.

She's back. She's back. I mean, I mean, it wasn't that we covered everything in our pre podcast chat, but I kind of thought, oh, we're done, right?

No, sorry. Well, I just don't know what happened there, but yes, hello, hello, hello, hello, all are all just hopped off of

our WhatsApp call there and there's just ever the professional was hopped back on that if we hadn't made such a deal of it, Lizzie, then no one knows

another listeners would have known would they? But yes, all I mean, I was going to say to you two women who have been very busy on the cycling scene in a different way, all the people are going to feel like they haven't missed you because you've been in their living

every day. Haven't you? I know sorry about that. If people were trying to get a break from me right now for your cycling fan, it's a bit hard to get away.

Imagine what it's like for my husband. You're basically living like my husband right now. Without any of the washing up. Yeah, I've been on the men's

geared Italia for the last three and a bit weeks, haven't I? So all of my focus really has been on the man's racing in terms of the detail of the in

the odd, but there's been so much women's racing at the same time. I'm not only let this that I was saying wasn't I before we started recording not just any old racing. It's been such fun to watch. So I came back from the man's

hero absolutely exhausted because I'm like I can't keep my eyeballs and my brain on so much racing. Well obviously the men have had their first

grand tour, but obviously the women have also had their first grand tour and I mean Lizzie did the very special Arrive episode to cover the

world of feminina, which has already been but Lizzie you've been back racing since I mean and I don't want to talk to you too much about it right now because obviously we're going to talk to Lizzie lots at the end of the

episode about going to the Joe Martin stage race and returning to racing and being back with a teammate and how that has been. So you have one sentence Lizzie to you know encapsulate how that was.

Can I just say watch out watch out Pilton.

I wouldn't say I'm back. Yeah, I would say I'm on the way, but yeah hold out to the end of the episode because we'll have a chat about that later and I'm off for more racing in Belgium on Saturday actually well leaving on Saturday and racing on Sunday.
