Last week, you all heard about how the detectives investigating Emerson's murder lied and cheated

in order to secure a conviction for Pablo Valets.

Detective Robert King falsified his report and lied under oath.

He would tell the fact that Claudia had told him that the second shooter at the perfect

rack had lighter hair than Pablo.

And he also told the jury that no one had ever mentioned Ron Strandberg's name in connection

with the case.

It was partially because of that testimony that the judge didn't allow the defense to

present him or anyone else as an alternative suspect.

That was also later admitted to be a lie.

And then Detective Roy Swaints testified that he witnessed Claudia give a perfect and

positive idea of Pablo, when in fact he wasn't even in the room when she was shown the photo

array.

And today you're going to hear all about how the corruption goes even deeper.

Prosecutor Eileen Bogart knew that Pablo was innocent before she even put him on trial.
