We have been living through the COVID-19 pandemic for well over a year now. Everyone has had different experiences through this pandemic dependent upon your positionality and identities. As the country eases restrictions and tries to return to pre-pandemic life, how do you feel about engaging with people again? A lot of us are experiencing anxiety about a 2019 type of life. Today, Dr. Dom and Terri share their feelings and offer us tips on managing post-pandemic anxiety.
