Along my business journey one of the most valuable lessons I've learned is to stop and smell the roses.

It's not a natural trait for me nor when I find particularly easy. I'm always looking ahead and moving fast, but the end of the year gives us the opportunity to do just that.

And so it's such a treat to sit down with you today with a tea in hand, finishing off my Christmas wrapping and dipping into the archives as I revisit

some of my favorite guests of 2020.
